Return & Refund Policy

At Perfumes Valley customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right with a simple and transparent return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 10 days of receiving your order, provided that:
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item is not damaged or altered after delivery.
  • The return request is submitted within the return period.

2. How to Request a Return

  • You can initiate a return easily using one of the following methods:

Log in to your account at login  click on My Orders, and select Return Request for the specific item.

  • Note: All returns are completely free of charge. We do not apply any restocking fees, service fees, or hidden charges of any kind.  
    Relax and feel confident our returns team will handle everything for you.
  • Once your return request is submitted, our team will review and confirm it, then arrange a convenient collection of the product from your location.

3. Refund Methods

  • Online Payment Orders (Credit/Debit Card):  
    The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.  
     
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:  
    Refunds for COD payments will be provided either as a store credit voucher (no expiry) or as cash upon pickup, based on customer preference.  

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
