Delivery Charges Across the UAE

• Orders above AED 100:  Free delivery across the United Arab Emirates
• Orders below AED 100: Delivery fee of AED 10
• Same-Day Delivery (Optional):  AED 20 Order must be placed before (2:00 PM - Monday–Saturday).

Note : International shipping is not yet available, but we are working to launch it soon — stay tuned.

Processing and Shipping Time

• Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+04:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai)
• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Saturday) from the time they are confirmed.
• Handling Time: Minimum: 1 day — Maximum: 1 day (Monday–Saturday)
• Transit Time: Standard delivery within the UAE is typically completed within 1–2 business days, depending on your location.
  Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday.
• Same-Day Delivery : Order must be placed before (2:00 PM - Monday–Saturday).

Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders Across the UAE

For COD orders, please ensure the following:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee : AED 12.
• Customer presence at the delivery location.
• The phone number provided is active to coordinate delivery.
• Someone is available at the address to receive the order if the customer is unavailable.
